At Packmyorganics, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality organic cosmetics. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within "7 days" of the original purchase date.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with any accompanying tags or seals intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety reasons, certain items such as opened or used cosmetics are not eligible for return.
Clearance items and items marked as “final sale” are also ineligible for returns.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@packmyorganics.com.
Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send back the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Refunds and Gift Card Issuance
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
Once approved, a "gift card refund" will be issued equivalent to the product's purchase value.
The gift card can be used on our website for future purchases and has one year expiration date.
Processing Time
Refund processing may take up to 5 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
You will be notified via email once the gift card has been issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or provide a gift card refund if the item is unavailable.
